Ethan is on every project from concept through to completion, so there's always one person who knows the full picture. He started as a carpenter and spent over a decade learning the trade before founding The Local Builder, with a focus on honest communication and workmanship that holds up. Outside of work, he's usually with family or out walking the dog.

Ryan runs the day to day on site, keeping the crew coordinated and the work moving without cutting corners. He's worked across renovations, extensions, outdoor structures and detailed finishing, and takes real pride in getting the smaller details right. Outside of work, you'll usually find him fishing or camping.

Piet moved to Adelaide from Germany and brings a strong technical background and a disciplined approach to every project. It's the kind of precision that shows in the finishes you run your hand over without thinking. His workmanship speaks for itself.

With more than 45 years in the industry, Garry brings deep practical knowledge and a steady hand to every site. That experience is why sites stay organised and problems get caught early, not after the fact. There's not much he hasn't seen before.

Harrison is completing his carpentry apprenticeship with The Local Builder, working across a wide range of residential projects under the same standards as everyone else on site. He's building real experience from the ground up, and his attention to detail points to a strong future in the trade.
